Policies:
1 . Cancellation Policy:
I understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important. If you need to cancel a scheduled walk or service, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Payment Methods:
I strive to make the payment process convenient for you. Currently, I accept cash, email transfers and credit cards in person* . Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Payment for the frequency walk bundles must be paid for ahead of time.

3. Vaccination Requirements:
To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in my care, I kindly request that your furry friend is up-to-date on vaccinations. This includes core vaccinations such as rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. Please provide proof of vaccinations prior to our first scheduled walk or service.
4. Behavior Assessment:
I believe in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for every dog. If your dog has any behavioral concerns, please let me know in advance. This allows me to assess and tailor our walks or services accordingly, ensuring the well-being of your dog and others in our care.
5. Liability:
While I take every precaution to ensure the safety of the dogs I walk or care for, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances can occur. I am not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during or as a result of our services. Rest assured that I have experience in handling various situations and will prioritize the safety and well-being of your dog at all times.
6. Safety and Non-Aggression Policy: The safety of all involved is paramount in my dog walking services. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone, it is required that the dogs I walk
or care for are non-aggressive towards humans, especially children. This policy is in place to prioritize the well-being of both your furry friend and my own children who may occasionally join me on walks.
I believe in fostering a positive and harmonious environment, and I understand that dogs may have unique temperaments and preferences. If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior towards humans or has shown signs of discomfort or reactivity in the past, please let me know during our initial consultation. This will allow me to assess whether my services are the best fit for your dog's needs and safety.
If your dog displays any aggressive behaviors during a walk or service, I reserve the right to terminate the session for the safety of all parties involved. I will work with you to find alternative solutions that ensure the well-being of your dog and provide appropriate recommendations for specialized training or behavior modification, if necessary.
